Vegan Ferrero Rocher

  • 50 g cocoa butter
  • 50 g raw hazelnuts
  • 1 tbsp agave
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 vanilla
  • 10 whole hazelnuts


  • 50 гр. какаово масло

  1. Place the hazelnuts in a food processor and process for 10 seconds. Put them in a bowl and add the agave, vanilla, cocoa powder.
  2. Melt the cacao butter as fill a pot or saucepan about halfway with lukewarm water, and set on the stove. Position a heat-proof mixing bowl within the rim of the pot or saucepan; the bowl should be large enough to fit snugly within the rim without touching the water. Turn the stove on to the lowest heat setting.Add the cocoa butter to the bowl. The cocoa butter will begin to melt as the bowl traps steam form the simmering water. Stir the cocoa butter with a spoon as it melts. Continue stirring until the cocoa butter is fully melted. Remove the pot from the heat and turn the stove off.
  3. Add the cacao butter into the bowl with the other ingredients and give them a good stir. Set aside for at least 30 minutes.
  4. To make the chocolates. Take a small amount of the chocolate mixture and make a small ball as you put a whole hazelnut in the centre of it. Keep making balls until you run out of the mixture. Enjoy

Как се прави?

  1. Сложете лешниците (50гр) в блендер и блендирайте за около 10 секунди. Лешниците трябва да са натрошени на дребни парченца, но не и да са на прах. След това ги сложете в една купа като добавите към тях ванилията, агавето, какаото на прах.
  2. За да разстопите маслото от какао го сложете на парна баня. Може и в микровълнова, но аз лично не го харесвам този уред.
  3. След като маслото се е разстопило го сложете при другите съставки и разбъркайте много добре. Оставете за изстине за поне 30 минути.
  4. За да направите бонбоните, вземете малко от сместа с пръсти и направете топче, като в средата сложите цял лешник. От тази смест се получават около 10 малки бонбона.
