Ingredients
- 150 g mince beef
- 1 whole egg
- 4 egg whites
- handful spinach
- 1/2 green pepper/ chopped
- 1/2 red pepper/ chopped
- 5 mushrooms/ chopped
- 2 spring onion
- sesame seeds
Direction:
- Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a medium pan and add the spring onion, peppers and mushrooms. When they become tender add the beef mince and cook until they are ready.
- In a separate pan cook the beaten eggs like a omelette. Add the beef mixture, roll and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate, and heat up when ready to eat. Sprinkle with some sesame seeds and serve it with a soy sauce. Enjoy
