Hello, everybody. Today I want to show you one of my favourite recipes. You can have it for either lunch or dinner. I prefer to have it for dinner because it’s a very light meal, so I don’t feel heavy after having it. Courgettes are one of the products that you can experiment a lot with. They are low in calories (17 kcal per 100g) and high in water content. They provide useful amounts of vitamin C and potassium.
