Spaghetti !!! Oohhh I can eat them all day long. I think in my past life I have been Italian ­čÖé This time; I decided to try spelt spaghetti and I loved them. ┬áI usually use wholegrain spaghetti and don’t find any difference in the taste between them two. ┬áIf you want to this recipe, please check the video below.  Ingredients

  • 300g Spelt Spaghetti
  • 4 Aubergine
  • 3 Red Peppers
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • 750 ml Passata
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 5 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Handful Basil Leaves
  • Salt & Pepper
